Expands the definition of "abused child" in the Social Services Law and Family Court Act to include physical injury causing "impairment of physical condition or substantial pain" in addition to existing criteria involving death, disfigurement, or protracted impairment.

Adds four new categories of abuse: allowing a child to engage in prostitution (Penal Law sections 230.25, 230.30, 230.32), committing human trafficking offenses against a child (Penal Law sections 255.25, 255.26, 255.27), allowing a child to engage in sexual performance or exploitation (Penal Law article 263), and committing sexual offenses against a child (article 130).

Removes corroboration requirements and age restrictions from Penal Law article 263 (sexual performance by a child) when applied in child abuse proceedings.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
