Adds a new definition to agriculture and markets law defining "deployed active military member's dog" as any dog owned by an active military member who has received orders requiring temporary housing during military service.

Amends the licensing fee exemption statute to include deployed active military member's dogs alongside existing exempt categories such as guide dogs, service dogs, therapy dogs, and police work dogs.

Requires dog licenses for deployed active military member's dogs to be conspicuously marked with "Deployed Active Military Member's Dog" by the clerk or authorized dog control officer.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
