Amends Agriculture and Markets Law Section 351 to add a new criminal prohibition against knowingly causing a minor to attend an animal fighting exhibition.

Defines "minor" as a person under 16 years old.

Makes the offense a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of up to one year, a fine of up to $1,000, or both.

Expands existing animal fighting prohibitions that previously only addressed spectators who paid admission or wagered at such exhibitions.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
