Expands agricultural district disclosure requirements to include properties located partially or wholly within 500 feet of an agricultural district boundary, in addition to properties within the districts themselves.

Requires prospective grantors to provide disclosure notices to prospective grantees informing them that farming activities (including noise, dust, and odors) occur in nearby agricultural districts and may impact water and sewer service access.

Directs the Department of Agriculture and Markets to assist county governments in making agricultural district maps and information readily accessible to help property buyers and sellers identify properties subject to disclosure requirements.

Limits the burden on sellers by requiring them to use only readily available county information (such as official maps) to determine whether disclosure is required, with the state not responsible for verifying individual parcels.

Adds new disclosure statement requirement to real property purchase and sales contracts and clarifies that failure to provide disclosure does not prevent recording officers from filing deeds.
