Amends the New York City Administrative Code to require all parking spaces controlled by muni-meters to be striped with delineated lines marking the parking space boundaries.

Defines "muni-meter" as an electronic parking meter that dispenses timed receipts required to be displayed on a vehicle's dashboard.

Defines "striping" as the delineation of parking spaces through the placement of detailed lines.

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law, with agencies authorized to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately upon enactment.
