Requires the New York Police Department and Parks and Recreation Department to jointly issue quarterly crime status reports for all parks, playgrounds, recreation centers, beaches, and pools in cities with one million or more residents.

Crime reports must include total major felony crime complaints categorized by class, arrests broken down by precinct and unit, and summons activity categorized by violation type (parking, moving, environmental control board, criminal court).

Departments must submit bi-annual reports detailing all summons activity broken down by specific types including illegal dumping, lewd acts, failure to comply with signs, and illegal vending.

Requires departments to post all reports online on their websites within five business days of submission to the city council and no later than one month after each quarter ends.

Takes effect thirty days after the bill becomes law.
