Establishes a letter grading system (A, B, or C) for supermarket health and sanitation inspections, with grades below C considered failing.

Requires supermarkets to conspicuously post their most recent inspection letter grade near the entrance in accordance with commissioner regulations.

Mandates follow-up inspection within 7-21 days for any supermarket receiving a grade lower than "A," with the previous grade posted during the interim period.

Sets inspection frequency intervals based on grade: grade "A" at least annually, grade "B" at least every 9 months, and grade "C" at least every 6 months.

Allows supermarkets to appeal grade assignments to the commissioner within 30 days and request reinspections for a fee of up to $250; exempts college/university, correctional facility, and charitable organization establishments from the grading requirements.
