Amends Real Property Tax Law Section 532(g) to add three towns in Washington County (Argyle, Ft. Edward, and Kingsbury) to the list of municipalities where certain state lands are subject to taxation.

Applies to state-owned lands (including those leased from the United States for 50+ years) used by the conservation department for fish hatcheries, game farms, game management areas, game refuges, or reforestation purposes, excluding improvements erected by the state.

Takes effect January 1 following enactment and applies to assessment rolls prepared on taxable status dates occurring on or after that date.
