Establishes a multidisciplinary investigative team program under the Department of Social Services to investigate suspected elder abuse and maltreatment cases.

Teams shall include representatives from adult protective services, law enforcement, district attorney's office, banks, financial institutions, forensic accountants, medical providers trained in elder abuse, mental health professionals, and victim advocacy personnel.

Allows multidisciplinary team members to share client-identifiable information about victims and families to facilitate investigations, with team members focusing on their agency's specific investigative or support role.

Requires teams to develop written protocols for investigating elder abuse cases and interviewing victims, with particular emphasis on physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation.

Mandates approved projects submit reports by November 1, 2017 to the Director of State Office for the Aging documenting criminal case dispositions, victim health outcomes, financial judgments recovered, agency collaboration, and training measures.
