Removes emblem selection requirements from independent nominating petitions and procedures for resolving duplicate emblem selections.

Deletes provisions governing emblem specifications (such as restrictions on religious symbols, portraits, or currency representations) that previously applied to party and independent body emblems.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
