Creates a senior drug guide to be prepared and published by the Director of Aging in conjunction with the State Board of Pharmacy and the Department of Health.

Guide shall explain the purpose, function, and common drug interactions of drugs commonly used by persons over age 62, including effects of combining medications with alcohol.

Requires a prominent caution in at least 14-point type on the first page stating: "Do not begin taking, stop taking, or alter your dosage of any medications without consulting your doctor or other healthcare practitioner."

Makes the guide available on the Director's website and through designated agencies at no charge in English and the six most common other languages, with a reasonable reproduction fee for requests exceeding ten copies.

Takes effect on September 1st following the date the bill becomes law, with the guide to be updated as needed to maintain accuracy and relevancy.
