Adds new section 3-508 to New York election law requiring the Queens county board of elections to provide written language assistance in Bengali, Punjabi, and Hindi pursuant to the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

Mandates language assistance materials including ballots, signs, voter mailings, employee and volunteer training materials, and information on the board's website in the three specified languages.

Requires production and countywide distribution of a booklet containing a voter registration form in English with instructions in Bengali, Punjabi, and Hindi; absentee ballot application instructions in all three languages; and general voter information including frequently asked questions in all three languages.

Permits the board to include additional languages on its website and in the booklet at its discretion.

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law, with authorization for necessary rules and regulations to be adopted immediately.
