Extends variable supplements fund benefits to all New York City police officers, including disabled officers, line of duty widows and widowers, and registered domestic partners who were previously ineligible.

Extends variable supplements fund benefits to all New York City firefighters, including disabled firefighters, line of duty widows and widowers, and registered domestic partners who were previously ineligible.

Extends variable supplements fund benefits to transit police officers and superior officers, housing police officers and superior officers, and correction officers, including disabled members, line of duty survivors, and registered domestic partners who were previously ineligible.

Ensures no reduction in variable supplement payments to any officer or beneficiary who was eligible for benefits prior to this law's effective date.

Effective immediately upon enactment.
