Amends Executive Law Section 369-i to modify the annual reporting requirements for the division of service-disabled veterans' business development, due by December 31st each year.

Expands report recipients to include the chairpersons of the senate finance and assembly ways and means committees, in addition to the governor, temporary president of the senate, and speaker of the assembly.

Requires reports to include the level of service-disabled veteran-owned business participation in each agency's contracts, efforts by contracting agencies to promote utilization of these businesses, and activities to increase their participation in state contracts and subcontracts.

Allows the division to recommend new activities and programs in the report to further the purposes of the service-disabled veterans' business development article.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
