Requires distilleries offering on-premises consumption to regularly keep food available, including sandwiches, soups, or complementary items like cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and crackers.

Permits Class A-1 distiller's license holders to operate restaurants, hotels, catering establishments, or other food and drinking establishments in or adjacent to licensed premises for on-premises consumption sales.

Allows Class A-1 distillery licensees to apply for additional licenses to sell beer, wine, or liquor at retail for on-premises consumption.

Amends beer, cider, and wine tasting and retail sale privileges to clarify that tastings and sales can occur for both on and off-premises consumption.
