Grants Danielle Galasso retroactive membership in the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System with an effective date of July 10, 2003, her first date of employment with the town of Oyster Bay.

Designates Galasso as a Tier IV member in the retirement system, contingent on filing a written request with the state comptroller within one year of the act's effective date.

Requires the town of Oyster Bay to bear all past service costs, including an immediate one-time payment of approximately $1,110 and increased annual contributions of approximately $1,200 starting in fiscal year 2019.

Prohibits any refund of employee contributions to Galasso under this retroactive membership arrangement.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
