Applies the organ donation information requirement to both Section 1 (amending chapter 97 of the laws of 2016) and Section 2 (amending chapter 355 of the laws of 2017) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Takes effect January 1 following enactment, with conditional language ensuring compliance if chapter 355 of the laws of 2017 has not yet taken effect.
