Authorizes the Office of Children and Family Services, in conjunction with the Office for the Aging, to establish county-level multi-disciplinary teams to address complex cases of adult abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation, subject to appropriation of funds.

Requires each demonstration location to employ a full-time, skilled multi-disciplinary team coordinator responsible for case consultation, triage, facilitating team meetings, monitoring progress, and coordinating services.

Multi-disciplinary teams must include professionals from health/medical, mental health, aging, protective services, human services, social work, banking/financial institutions, legal services, and law enforcement agencies, with specialty services such as forensic accounting, geriatrics, and geropsychiatry available on a fee-for-service basis.

Establishes a secure database for the multi-disciplinary team coordinator to track case intake, outcomes, and progress as part of the demonstration program.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
