Requires interpretation services to be offered upon request to individuals who need communication assistance in their primary language regarding program services or benefits.

Mandates offering services upon request or demonstrated need to individuals requiring additional assistance due to deafness, blindness, speech impediment, or cognitive impairment.

Takes effect immediately, with the language access requirements expiring when the underlying tax abatement program expires.
