Amends Retirement and Social Security Law Section 507-a to remove earnings restrictions from private sector employment for retired uniformed correction officers who reach their service retirement eligibility date.

Applies to Tier 3 correction members in the Early Service Retirement Benefit Plan for General Members, the Correction Officer 20-year Plan, or the Correction Captain 20-year Plan who are receiving disability retirement benefits.

Eliminates the Personal Service Income (PSI) limitation that previously suspended disability pensions for 12 months when earnings from all public and private employment exceeded $29,900 annually (as of 2016).

Maintains other post-retirement earnings restrictions under New York City Charter Section 1117 ($1,800 per year limit from public employment) and Retirement and Social Security Law Section 212 ($30,000 per year limit from public employment under certain conditions).

Takes effect immediately upon enactment, with projected minimal increase in employer costs as few disability retirees' benefits are currently suspended due to PSI limitations.
