Replaces outdated terminology "warehouseman" with "warehouse" in the Lien Law and Civil Practice Law and Rules to align with modernized UCC definitions.

Corrects references to specific subsections and paragraphs in the Uniform Commercial Code definitions throughout multiple statutes including the General Obligations Law, Banking Law, Arts and Cultural Affairs Law, and Personal Property Law.

Fixes a spelling error in the Arts and Cultural Affairs Law, changing "commerical" to "commercial" in the definition of creditors.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
