Amends Vehicle and Traffic Law section 509-cc to modify which criminal offenses result in permanent disqualification of school bus drivers.

Adds sexual abuse and harassment offenses (sections 130.20, 130.25, 130.52, 130.53, 130.55, 130.60, 130.85) to the list of crimes resulting in permanent disqualification.

Adds assault offenses (sections 120.02, 120.12) and other violent crimes (sections 235.21, 260.20, 260.21) to permanent disqualification offenses.

Removes sections 130.20, 130.25, 235.21, and subdivision two of section 260.20 from the five-year disqualification category, elevating them to permanent disqualification status.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
