Property is located adjacent to New York Avenue/State Route 110, bordered by Church Street to the north, bisected by Railroad Street, and bordered by the Long Island Rail Road right of way to the south.

Town of Huntington must preserve 100% of existing parking in a suitable location in consultation with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority as a condition of the conveyance.

Town of Huntington must apply for the land transfer within five years of the act's effective date, and must complete improvements within five years or the property reverts to the state.

No improvements may be made to the property prior to completion of the transfer.
