Requires the Department to coordinate with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to make information from the EPA's Drinking Water Watch website and Safe Drinking Water Information System available through accessible links on the Department's website.

Directs the Department's website and links to include basic water system information, system identification numbers, public notices, violations, and enforcement actions, monitored and updated regularly.

Requires educational materials about emerging contaminants and methodologies for reducing exposure to be made available through an easily accessible website link to public water systems and the general public.
