Adds a new definition of "dealer-controlled electronic table game" to the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law as a table game operated by a live dealer where the outcome is determined by the dealer's actions, using electronics only for collecting and paying wagers, not determining outcomes.

Modifies the definition of "table game" to explicitly include dealer-controlled electronic table games.

Applies the existing $500 annual license fee per table to dealer-controlled electronic table games, assessed as of July 1st each year on a pro rata basis for any approved thereafter.

Deposits assessed fees into the commercial gaming revenue fund.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
