Requires all employees at gaming facilities to complete human trafficking recognition training established or approved by the Division of Criminal Justice Services and the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.

Training programs must address the nature of human trafficking, legal definitions, victim identification, relief and recovery options for survivors, and available social and legal services.

New employees must receive training within their first month of employment on facility premises during compensable time; current employees have four months from the effective date to complete training.

Gaming facilities must maintain records documenting employee completion of training for the duration of employment plus one year after employment ends.

Training may be delivered through in-person instruction, electronic and video communication, or online programs, and can be incorporated into existing facility training programs.
