Validates capital improvement projects designated by project numbers 660203-0001-018, 660203-0001-019, 660203-0002-012, 660203-0002-013, 660203-0006-008, 660203-0006-009, 660203-0007-009, 660203-0008-010, 660203-5005-005, and 660203-7999-005 undertaken by Hendrick Hudson central school district.

Legalizes and ratifies all acts and proceedings related to final cost reports for these projects despite failure to comply with education law filing requirements and approval provisions.

Requires Hendrick Hudson central school district to submit late or missing final project cost reports to the commissioner of education by December 31, 2018.

Directs the education department to consider approved project costs as valid obligations and provide state aid if reports are approved and funds were properly expended, provided the late filing was due to inadvertent administrative oversight with no fraudulent intent.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
