Amends the environmental conservation law to redefine the boundaries of the Central Pine Barrens area by adding new geographic descriptions and property parcels in Suffolk County, Long Island.

Expands the Central Pine Barrens area to include additional lands and excludes two distinct areas: the RB Industrial Park and District 200, Section 39, Block 1, Lot 1.1.

Modifies the Core Preservation Area boundaries with extensive new metes and bounds descriptions, including provisions for the Wading River area, North Country Road properties, and Long Island Sound waterfront parcels.

Excludes three areas from the Core Preservation Area: a zone containing the Suffolk County Pine Trail Nature Preserve area, the Dorade sewage treatment facility, and District 200, Section 82, Block 1, Lot 3.

Takes effect January 1 following enactment, but repeals automatically if the new boundaries remove or exclude any lands previously protected under the 2015 law establishing the Central Pine Barrens.
