Establishes an internet mapping resource (instead of a simple listing) of child care providers and afterschool programs on the Council on Children and Families website, accessible through a link on their website.

Requires the resource to include the name and address of each grant recipient and provider, along with a phone number for the program, except for those who have opted out of providing information online under Social Services Law Section 390(8-a).

Updates the resource no less than once annually, removing the previous requirement to update within 90 days of contract execution or expiration for competitive grants.

Removes references to "summer programs" and definitions previously contained in Social Services Law Section 2, subdivisions 39 and 40, which are repealed.

Directs the Office of Children and Family Services and State Education Department to provide relevant grant recipient and provider information to the Council in a format the Council identifies.
