Authorizes health care professionals licensed in other states or territories to practice in New York if appointed by World Triathlon Corporation for sanctioned events, including physicians, physician's assistants, massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, dentists, optometrists, nurses, nurse practitioners, emergency medical technicians, podiatrists, and athletic trainers

Permits these professionals to provide services to athletes and team personnel registered to train or compete in World Triathlon Corporation-sanctioned events without obtaining New York state licensure or certification

Limits authorization to four days before through one day after two specific events: Ironman Lake Placid (July 22, 2018) and Ironman 70.3 Lake Placid (September 9, 2018)

Requires out-of-state practitioners to be licensed or certified and in good standing in their home jurisdiction

Expires and is repealed on September 11, 2018
