Authorizes the assessor of the Town of Ramapo to accept a real property tax exemption application from Konbit Neg Lakay Inc. of Spring Valley for the 2016-2017 assessment roll.

Applies to the parcel located at 16 E. Church Street in the Town of Ramapo (Rockland County tax map section 57.39, block 2, lot 32.1).

Allows the application to be reviewed as if filed by the applicable taxable status date deadline, notwithstanding late submission.

Exemption from all taxation may be granted upon the assessor's determination that the organization qualifies and with approval from the Town Board of Ramapo.

Permits the governing body or tax department to refund taxes already paid and cancel any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens at its discretion.
