Amends rent control language in the Emergency Housing Rent Control Law, Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974, and NYC Administrative Code to make technical corrections, changing "that was" to "of" regarding legal regulated rent thresholds for deregulation.

Updates deregulation thresholds for high-rent housing accommodations, establishing a $2,700 per month threshold as of the Rent Act of 2015, with annual adjustments matching rent guidelines board increases starting January 1, 2016.

Clarifies that deregulation exclusions do not apply to housing accommodations receiving tax benefits under Real Property Tax Law sections 421-a or 489, or subject to Article 7-C of the Multiple Dwelling Law.

Repeals Section 467-i of the Real Property Tax Law relating to real property tax abatement.

Takes effect immediately and is deemed effective retroactively to June 15, 2015, with various provisions expiring on the same dates as their respective parent laws.
