Reduces required sign dimensions for motor fuel prices on individual pumps from 12x12 inches to 6x6 inches, with numerals reduced from 9 inches to 4.5 inches in height.

Requires pumps dispensing multiple grades to display each price based on payment method (cash, credit, debit) with price contract sales and retailer promotions excluded from this requirement.

Allows pumps dispensing more than four grades to post only the highest and lowest prices instead of all prices.

Requires off-pump price signs to clearly identify the fuel grade and display any payment conditions in letters at least three-eighths the size of the price numerals.

Replaces "cetane rating" with "grade" for diesel fuel labeling requirements on bills/invoices and retail dispensing device signs.
