Amends Chapter 507 of the Laws of 1974 to modify how nonpublic schools' eligibility for state aid is calculated for reimbursement of testing, evaluation, and reporting expenses.

Establishes that nonpublic schools receive aid based on attendance days and either a 5.0/5.5 hour standard instructional day or another work day as certified by school officials, using the department's methodology from the 2012-2013 school year and prior.

Authorizes annual apportionment to nonpublic schools in New York City, Buffalo, and Rochester for state school immunization program recording and reporting costs, limited to appropriated amounts.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
