Authorizes the Town of Brookhaven to discontinue and alienate 0.646 acres of parkland in Shoreham for highway department purposes, including construction of a shed.

Requires the Town of Brookhaven to dedicate 2.114 acres of land as parklands in Shoreham Heights Park before alienating the existing parkland.

Mandates that if the fair market value of the newly dedicated parkland is less than the alienated parkland, the town must dedicate additional funds equal to the difference for acquisition of new parklands or capital improvements to existing facilities.

Requires the town to comply with all federal requirements and obtain approval from the Secretary of the Interior if any federal funding was used for the parkland being alienated.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
