Requires the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services to maintain a publicly searchable directory on its website of all providers and programs it operates, licenses, or certifies

Directory must include location, contact information, services offered, medications available at medication-assisted treatment providers, special populations served, insurance accepted, and bed/service availability

Allows the office to utilize an existing directory to satisfy these requirements instead of creating a new one

Commissioner may include any additional information deemed necessary in the directory

Act takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with the office authorized to promulgate necessary rules and regulations
