Designates a specific portion of the state and local highway system in the North Country region as the "North Country Craft Beer Trail," connecting 12 craft breweries including Boots Brewing Company, Skewed Brewing, Sackets Harbor Brewing Company, Wood Boat Brewery, Adirondack Toboggan Company Microbrewery, Blueline Brewery, In-Laws Brewery, Township 7 Brewery, Plattsburgh Brewing Company, Lake Placid Pub & Brewery, Big Slide Brewery & Public House, Blue Line Brewery Pizza & Pub, Big Tupper Brewing, and Raquette River Brewing.

Requires the commissioner of transportation to install and maintain adequate signage along the designated trail, with sign placement and use determined by local municipalities.

Establishes the designation as ceremonial in nature only, preserving the official highway names without legal change.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
