Legalizes and validates transportation contracts E414960, E414961, E414962, and E414963 for the Corning city school district for the 2017-2018 school year.

Ratifies all actions taken by the school district and its officers, employees, or agents related to these transportation contracts regardless of compliance failures with education law, general municipal law, or other statutory provisions.

Exempts the contracts from filing provision requirements defined in paragraph (a) of subdivision 5 of section 3604 of the education law.

Directs the Department of Education to recognize the transportation contracts as valid and proper obligations of the Corning city school district.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
