Authorizes the assessor of the town of Brookhaven to accept a retroactive real property tax exemption application from The Reboli Center for Art and History for the 2017-2018 assessment roll

Applies to parcels conveyed to the organization on October 31, 2017, located at 64 Main Street, Stony Brook (Suffolk County tax map district 0200 section 219.00 block 01.00 lots 001.000 and 002.000)

Allows the application to be reviewed as if received by the taxable status date deadline, and permits the assessor to grant exemption from the conveyance date if the organization would qualify under normal exemption criteria

Authorizes the town board to approve cancellation of unpaid taxes, fines, penalties and interest, and repayment of any taxes already paid by the organization

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
