Authorizes the assessor of the town of Haverstraw in Rockland County to accept a late tax exemption application from Iglesia Pentecostal 3RA Nueva Jerusalem, Inc. for the 2017 assessment roll.

Applies to the property located at 1 Cosgrove Avenue in the village of West Haverstraw, identified as Rockland County tax map section 20.19, block 7, lot 37.

Allows the application to be reviewed as if submitted by the taxable status date deadline, provided the organization otherwise qualifies for exemption under section 420-a of the real property tax law.

Permits the assessor, upon approval from the town board, to make corrections to the assessment roll if the exemption is granted.

Authorizes the governing body or tax department to refund taxes already paid and cancel any unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest at its discretion.
