Amends chapter 182 of the laws of 1960 to change the official spelling of the bridge from "Verrazano-Narrows Bridge" to "Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge" throughout state law.

Updates references to the bridge spelling in the Highway Law, Navigation Law, Environmental Conservation Law, Public Authorities Law, and New York City Administrative Code.

Designates the corrected spelling in various contexts including state highway designations, Hudson River pilot licensing areas, estuarine districts, toll token programs, and city council district boundaries.

Requires the New York State Department of Transportation, NYC Department of Transportation, and Metropolitan Transportation Authority to install and maintain updated signage in conformance with the act.

Specifies that the name change is ceremonial in nature and does not alter the bridge's official legal designation, and establishes that all existing references to the old spelling shall be deemed to refer to the corrected spelling.
