Authorizes the Town of Ramapo assessor to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Hatzoloh EMS Inc. of Monsey for the 2016-2017 assessment roll for the parcel at 19 Grove Street, Rockland County tax map section 50.61, block 1, lot 2.2

Requires the assessor to treat the late application as if it had been timely filed by the established taxable status date

Allows the assessor, with Town Board of Ramapo approval, to grant full tax exemption and correct the assessment roll if the emergency medical service meets exemption requirements

Permits the Town Board or tax department to refund any taxes already paid and cancel remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens at its discretion

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
