Prohibits level two or three sex offenders from knowingly entering any school grounds, with the restriction remaining in effect for as long as they are classified at those levels.

Removes the exception that previously allowed registered students, employees, or those with family members enrolled in schools to enter with written authorization from probation/parole officers and school administrators.

Makes the school ground entry prohibition a mandatory condition of probation, conditional discharge, parole, or conditional release for persons convicted of certain sex offenses where the victim was under 18 or the offender is designated level two or three.

Requires school districts to adopt security procedures that include checking whether visitors to school buildings are registered as level two or three sex offenders pursuant to correction law.

Effective date is 90 days after the bill becomes law.
