Sex offenders must register any change in employment address with the division within ten calendar days, in addition to existing requirements for address changes and higher education status changes.

A ten dollar fee is required each time a sex offender registers a change of address or change of higher education status, though failure to submit the fee does not prevent acceptance of the registration.

Law enforcement agencies notified of level two sex offenders must be provided with the offender's employment address, which may be disseminated to entities with vulnerable populations related to the nature of the offense.

Law enforcement agencies must compile and maintain a listing of vulnerable organizational entities within their jurisdiction for notification purposes, including schools, parks, libraries, day care centers, nursing homes, and places of worship.

The act takes effect thirty days after becoming law.
