Requires the Office of Court Administration to promulgate a Spanish version of the Notice of Petition that includes a designated telephone number providing eviction court process information in Spanish, to be served with the English version in all eviction proceedings under Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law Section 732.

Mandates a notice be annexed to all Notices of Petitions in eviction cases stating in the six most common languages (after Spanish) that respondents may obtain the Notice of Petition form in those languages online and call a designated number for eviction process information.

Requires revision of the postcard filing required from petitioners in Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law Article 7 proceedings to include notice in the seven most common languages in New York City with a designated telephone number for eviction process information.

Mandates the Office of Court Administration promulgate notices in the seven most common languages in New York City to be distributed to housing court litigants informing them of the right to have all court proceedings and settlement agreements interpreted orally in their native language.

Effective 180 days after becoming law.
