Prohibits persons required to register under the sex offender registration act from maintaining online gamer accounts that allow access to platforms where minors also participate.

Requires registered individuals who currently have online gamer accounts to delete them and report both the account and its deletion to the division within seven days of the law's effective date.

Creates Class A misdemeanor penalties for failing to report existing accounts or failing to delete accounts within seven days.

Creates Class A misdemeanor penalties for creating new online gamer accounts after the law's effective date, escalating to Class E felony for second and subsequent violations.

Takes effect thirty days after becoming law.
