Amends Executive Law Section 259-c to permit victims and relatives of victims to view an inmate's parole hearing via closed circuit television or secure online website.

Requires notification to victims, witnesses, and relatives of the date, time, and location (or website address) of any parole hearing under Executive Law Section 641.

Mandates that district attorneys inform crime victims of their right to view parole hearings on closed circuit television or secure online website when notifying them of case disposition.

Applies to victims of violent felony offenses, felonies under Article 125 (assault/battery), and felonies under Article 130 (sex offenses) of the Penal Law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
