Directs the Department of Health and Office for the Aging to jointly study fees and charges assessed to residents of assisted living facilities, including the rate of increase of such fees.

Requires the Commissioner of Health and Director of the Office for the Aging to deliver findings and legislative recommendations to the Governor, Senate Temporary President, and Assembly Speaker by April 1, 2021.

Authorizes the Department of Health and Office for the Aging to request and receive relevant information from state agencies and assisted living facilities, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements.

Automatically repeals thirty days after delivery of the report to the Governor and Legislature, with agencies required to notify the Legislative Bill Drafting Commission upon report delivery.
