Removes the same "deprecation of seriousness" language from medical release provisions under Executive Law Sections 259-r and 259-s

Removes the "deprecation of seriousness" standard from the Correction Law Section 273 determination process for release applications

Maintains all other existing factors that must be considered in release decisions, including institutional record, release plans, victim statements, offense seriousness, and prior criminal history

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
