Requires the Board of Parole to notify victims at least one week prior to conditional release of an inmate convicted of a crime against a family or household member.

Notification must be sent by electronic mail when available, otherwise by certified mail to the victim's last known address.

When a victim's address is a domestic abuse shelter, the director or administrator of that shelter must also receive notice.

Defines "members of the same family or household" to include persons related by blood or marriage, former spouses, and persons with a child in common.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment and applies to all inmates conditionally released on or after the effective date.
